Some things are a little different with us. See what you can expect.

EASY CHECK-IN

A classic check-in is not necessary at your Revier. You will receive a request to check in online before Arrival. You will receive your room number and access authorisation directly by SMS / email on the day of arrival. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. If you choose the "early check-in" option for CHF 30, you can enjoy your room from 12 noon.

CHECK-OUT

Every adventure comes to an end. We ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. at the latest or book a late check-out. You have two options: "Late Check-out" until 2 pm for CHF 30 or "Super Late Check-out" until 5 pm for CHF 50. There is no official check-out, come by and say goodbye if you like.

ROOM CLEANING

With us, you only pay for what you really need. That's why we keep our prices low and don't offer daily room cleaning. If you would still like to take advantage of this service, it costs CHF 30 from the second night. Final cleaning is of course included. Hand and bath towels are provided in all rooms.

CREDIT CARD

You will need a Mastercard or Visa credit card to make a booking. In the restaurant or for a booking on site, we also accept Maestro and Postfinance in addition to the credit cards listed.

WIFI

Lightning-fast Internet throughout the hotel - simply log into the "Revier" network and surf until you drop.

GREEN REVIER

We take care of our environment and sustainability. The Revier Hotels participate in the Swisstainable sustainable tourism programme in the highest category and are also certified with the international Green Key label.

PARKING SPACE

You can book a parking space in our underground car park for CHF 18 per night when you make your booking. We have an underground car park in Adelboden, which is accessible via a car lift directly from the village street. Simply drive into the car lift and wait until it takes you to the right floor. The entrance for the car lift is 2.10 metres high.

BIKERS & SKIERS

You will find a secure and camera-monitored ski and bike room in your Revier. There is also a bike washing station in front of the hotel. For hire equipment and repairs, please contact a sports shop.

CHARGING STATION

You will find several charging stations for electric mobility directly in our underground car park. Pre-booking is not necessary.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY

Some of our rooms are allergy-friendly. We are happy to advise you on request.

WE LOVE CHILDREN

Although we do not have cots, children are very welcome. Up to and including the age of 5, they stay in your bed free of charge and pay nothing for breakfast. We charge CHF 45.00 per night for an extra bed. Up to and including 11 years of age, we grant a 50% discount on breakfast.

Children under 6 years are exempt from tourist tax. From the age of 6, children pay 50% of the tourist tax and from the age of 16 the full tourist tax of CHF 4.20. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the cantonal accommodation tax.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in all room categories during the summer season, with the exception of the Family Cabin, for a surcharge of CHF 20 per night.

Dogs are always welcome in the restaurant area.
