Adventure Park

Blausee

The area around Lake Blausee has a lot to offer: A mystical nature park with walking trails, fire pits, picnic areas and a children's playground. A visit to the Blausee Museum or discovering the lake from a glass-bottomed boat - all in a unique setting.

Boulderparcour Engstligenalp

The Engstligenalp is a large and extremely scenic summer bouldering area in Switzerland. The opportunity to boulder on the course is unique. The route turns hiking and bouldering in the Alps into a holistic nature experience. Let yourself be inspired by the unique route!

Bungee jumping

You jump from the Stockhorn cable car from a height of 134 metres surrounded by a spectacular Alpine panorama. The jump is one of the most beautiful in terms of scenery.

Choleren Gorge

The Choleren Gorge offers an impressive water spectacle. The 100-metre-long rocky gorge is built with steps and bridges throughout. The Choleren Gorge is not only home to impressive waterfalls, but also a large number of water mills and polished rocks. The excursion to the Choleren Gorge can be ideally combined with a visit to the Pochtenkessel. This is where the Engstlige and Otterebach rivers flow together in a deep rock funnel. The Jungbrunnen invites you to take a dip.

Adelboden and Frutigen offer excellent opportunities for paragliding. You can take off from various alps and enjoy the landscape from a bird's eye view.

As a passenger of a paragliding professional, you will soon find out why the birds sing. Four or five steps towards the valley and you're floating along. Slowly, the tension gives way to the airy feelings.

Climbing / bouldering indoors

Adrenaline rush needed? The Arena climbing hall with a climbing area of 280 metres2 offers guaranteed excitement and thrills. The climbing hall offers climbing routes ranging from easy to challenging, with something for everyone from beginners to pros.

Bouldering is probably the biggest trend in the climbing scene. This discipline of indoor climbing involves climbing at jump height without a safety device, while padded floor mats ensure a soft landing. In the Arena bouldering room, you can hone your climbing technique over an area of 130 metres2.

Chäligang via ferrata

The Engstligenalp is a large and extremely scenic summer bouldering area in Switzerland. The opportunity to boulder on the course is unique. The route turns hiking and bouldering in the Alps into a holistic nature experience. Let yourself be inspired by the unique route!

Mountain Carts Lenk

Rush down the 4 km long route on three wheels with a mountain cart. The route leads from the top station of the Stand-Xpress via the road to the Metsch middle station.

Mountain tubing

Mountain tubing is offered in the outrun of the ski jumps in the Swisscom Nordic Arena. With the pneumatic tyres, you hurtle down the run at speeds of up to 90 km/h!

Oeschinensee

Hire a rowing boat and explore the lake on a romantic boat trip. Whether hiking, tobogganing or on the blue wonder: unwind and enjoy the magnificent view of the Blüemlisalp group of mountains.

Pumptrack

The Skills Area Nevada consists of a pump track (600 m2) and a short jump line with 3 jumps, which are framed by various skills stations combined as a mountain bike trail (berms, steps, rock garden, bridges and uphill).

River Rafting

River rafting in Interlaken is legendary! For the brave, the Lütschine offers wild rapids and action, while the moderate Simme is suitable for families and groups. For those who prefer a more leisurely experience, the boat trip on the Aare to Bern is our insider tip.

Tobogganing on Lake Oeschinen

The Oeschinenesee summer toboggan run is an unforgettable experience for young and old alike. Over a length of 750 metres, you overcome a height difference of approx. 150 metres at a rapid pace. Alone or in pairs - it's simply great fun to whizz down the slope and let your hair flap in the wind.

Skynest

A sky nest hovers at the Sillerenbühl mountain station in Adelboden. The nest, which is unique in Switzerland, invites you to relax and dream high above the Alps.

7 routes, 45 kilometres: Endless descents on two wheels await between Silleren, Hahnenmoos and Adelboden Dorf. The perfect way to discover the Vogellisi mountain.
